WORKS IN PROGRESS is a Hunter IMA MFA student-organized gathering that meets on an ad-hoc basis. It’s a low-pressure opportunity to connect and mingle with fellow IMA students, share work or ideas at any stage, and get feedback from peers outside of classes.
Works-in-progress can take a variety of forms. When we say “work in any stage,” it includes everything from early ideas/concepts to refined projects—whether they’ve been in development for a long time or they are still in their infancy. It includes projects undertaken both within and outside of classes.
RSVP for the next gatherings on May 22nd from 6-8:30pm in the Black Box Theater (HN 543).

Each presenter has roughly 15-20 minutes to share and receive feedback. Whether you want to present a work-in-progress or you just want to listen and and see what others are working on, all IMA students are welcome as well as friends of the program and prospective students.
