Iris Devins is a writer, director, and producer. Her narrative short, TRASHY BOOTY—a dark dramedy about two dumpster diving trans women who find a hitchhiking robot—premiered at Outfest Los Angeles 2020 with additional selections at Edinburgh International Film Festival, NewFest, Inside Out, and Indie Memphis. She is developing her first narrative feature, which received a development grant from the Independence Public Media Foundation in Philadelphia. Her work has received support from the Sundance Institute, the Leeway Foundation, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
