CHiKA received her BFA at the School of Visual Arts and her Masters from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU. She is the founder of Mappathon™, teaching projection mapping techniques. She has been a Paseo festival advisory council member and a Designers-in-Resident at New York Hall of Science in 2020-2022. Her work has been shown in the US and internationally at venues including American Museum of Natural History, Museum of Art and Design, New York Hall of Science, Bronx Museum, Centre d’Art Contemporain (Geneva), Museo Regional de Guadalajara (Mexico), Mapping Festival (Geneva), Mutek (Montreal), and Arcadia Earth
