- Emerging Media 1
- Documentary 1
- 9 credits of Analytical classes
- Two formal critiques
- Thesis (6 credits, two 3 credit semesters)
- Optional: Students can take up to 6 graduate credits outside of IMA towards the 48 credit degree.
- 42 credits of classes + 6 credits of Thesis = 48 credits required
