A screening and talk event of a film on the unknown and unrecognized genocide in Bangladesh in 1971 by West Pakistan (now Pakistan) with the support of the US. The film’s director from India, Krishnendu Bose, will be present. This event will be organized by Fahim Hamid, an IMA student, with Prof. Reiko Tahara as a sponsoring faculty as part of her course “Documenting histories, Asia, Asian-America”. It will be open to the public.
