Jeremiah Johnson is a computer musician and new media artist based in New York City. His work is focused primarily on the use of low-bit electronics, repurposing them for creative expression and leveraging their inherent limitations. Currently he is studying the aesthetics and informatics of destructive processes, data corruption, accidents and software glitches. Johnson is co-founder of the 8bitpeoples artist collective, co-curator of the annual Blip Festival, and has performed over 150 shows worldwide under the name Nullsleep.
